Perseverance

Kia Ora Everyone!

Over the past few weeks we have been working really hard on our school value of 'Perseverance'.

At Roslyn School we ALWAYS try our hardest.  We keep trying when things get hard, and we aren't afraid to take risks!

Come into our classroom to see our awesome wall display on us showing Perseverance in all areas of our learning.  From gymnastics to phonics, from Te Reo Kori to writing.  We always try our hardest!

Come in to Room 10 - check out all the amazing art work we have been doing lately!  Some great prints we did with Mrs Whitta during Fern's Funky Friday and some great finger painting we've been doing with Miss Barber.  We're so proud of our work!

Lucky Us!

Room 10 are lucky enough to have Miss Barber in their class for FOUR whole weeks.  Miss Barber is doing some amazing work with us - especially in reading and writing.  We can't wait to learn even more from her!

Welcome Back!

Welcome back to Term 2!

Room 10 is growing quickly.  We now have 15 wonderful little 5 year olds in our classroom!

We are looking forward to a full on term full of new learning and exciting experiences!

We've started with a hiss and a roar!  We made ANZAC biscuits on Thursday!  We learnt all about ANZAC biscuits and their history relating to WW1.  Here are a couple of photos.  If you want to see more check our the display in our cloakbay!
